Scope of Operations

Business scope:


Product-to-Market matching: as the initial process in our value chain, our proprietary approach enables an effective matching of products with markets based on insights we gain from our dedication to identifying and unravelling latent consumer demand. This is the first unique value we bring into our partnerships.


Wholesale/Retail trading activities: based on the products identified through our proprietary product-to-market matching process, we seek out partners (producers, wholesalers and retailers) in Europe and Africa with whom we establish a win-win cooperation in our endeavour to open up new markets for profitable trading partnerships. Marketing services (product placement & promotion): in addition to identifying and matching products with markets for our partners, we invest in marketing and promoting the products we decide to engage with. This way our producer partners only need to focus on ensuring product availability and our wholesale and retail partners only need to ensure availability of their distribution network. We invest in driving the market penetration required to catapult profits.



Geographic scope: 

the geographic focus of our current operations is on product sourcing in Europe (mainly Germany) for markets in Africa (mainly Ghana as initial market in Africa). We however seek partners interested in sourcing products in Africa (Ghana to begin with) for markets in Europe.
